Phil did an excellent job helping my husband and I buy a home in a hectic, time crunch situation. Basically, my husband and I decided to move states when I was 8 months pregnant and Phil got us into our beautiful new home just in time for baby’s arrival! Phillip Zuehlke was the agent for a potential buyer for my property. Somehow, Mr. Zuehlke and his lender were apparently able to submit a completely false offer that fell through the night before our closing date because the buyer wasn’t actually approved for the amount they submitted. Instead of making anyone aware of the full gravity of the situation, Mr. Zuehlke avoided calls, texts, emails & any attempts at contacting him by my agent to find out what was happening. I've worked with Phil in the past. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and excellent communication with his clients and business relations. Just go look at his social media pages. He's always selling houses. That means he knows what he's doing. Hiring any other realtor to get you into a home means you've lost the game in a big way. The man knows Music City very well! Highly recommend him!
