Friendly customer service, but very forgetful, took a tanker in there for a leak that needed to be welded up, didn’t weld it up so brought it to their attention before leaving with the trailer, they back it in and weld inside but not outside where I told them I wanted it welded so long story short the trailer still leaks in the exact spot it leaked 2 weeks ago when I took it in

Just purchased a used Mac Pneumatic trailer and a new pump install. Could not be happier our sales guy Darrin Arnold was great made sure trailer was ready to go and was in a bay when we arrived for inspection. They also had a bay open for the pump install on our peterbuilt. Total time was very little a day and 1/2 and we were ready to go Darren also took us to and from our rental car. We Picked up a load in St Louis and dropped of in Illinois the trl and pump worked great no issues at all would definitely use them again.
These guy always come through for me.
