Not very friendly. Examined me for less than 5 seconds and said the referring Dr was wrong and their machine was broken. Put me on meds that exacerbated illness.

We went in today for my husband’s appointment. Didn’t even see the Dr., whom we adore, but instead the “office manager” informed us AND the entire lobby full of patients that we had a past due balance and wouldn’t be seen unless we made a payment. When we tried to inquire about the balance we got more attitude. When I asked to speak with someone else, I was told “Well, I am the office manager so I don’t know who else you’re going to talk to.” As much as we love Dr. K, I believe Dustan Stapp will be finding a new neurologist.

Provider is polite enough even though I was warned she can be blunt. The front office staff, Laramie, is incompetent, hateful and can never answer the phone and when she does she refuses to help and instead rudely hangs up on you. Don’t get on her bad side. There is a reason no one in the building has nothing nice to say about her. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Dismissive, and complained because I asked too many questions. Completely overlooked my husbands brain tumor symptoms and said he was having psychogenic seizures without ever ordering any testing.
