Update: 7 years since my last review and I am still here! I now see Priscilla Carroll, who does a great job managing my care. Previous:I have seen Dr. Raroque for over 10 years and have always been impressed by his caring and knowledgeable demeanor. He is an exceptional doctor. At one point, his office staff wasn't quite up to the same level, but that has changed. New people were hired and new processes are in place, and even an outsider like me can tell a difference. Thanks to Dr. Priscilla Carroll for being so informative in helping me understand about my sleep apnea problems. The whole staff is very kind and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Raroque's for about 18 years. I am never able to see him any longer. I am always assigned a PA. When I asked to see him specifically I was told to meet online. I waited 30 minutes and he did not come on the call. Later someone from his office calls me and asks me if my payment went through on my card s and asks me to check my card to see if the payment went through.
