I am starting to wonder if they are really here for the elderly. I have called a number of times to get assistance for my father who is 84 and has dementia. I was told in November I would get a call to get him home health services and I finally got a call in February. She called on Monday and I called right back and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I understand businesses are busy and may be short staffed but it shouldn't take months to get a call or even get assistance for the elderly when this is their main focu... read more

We have worked along SIVNA many times and it is always a great experience. Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and we can always trust them to take good care of our clients. They have worked with us for years on community service project for seniors!
