I visited the St. Peters, MO location on April 22, 2014. After an audiology test I was told that I need hearing aids (both ears). My insurance company was contacted and coverage was verified. I signed an agreement to purchase the hearing aids and within the document signed it was noted that there is a 30 day return policy. I received a call later that day was told that the most my insurance company would pay is $1,200 and I was ask to be put on a finance plan. I stated that I would make a call myself and I did.
