I had laser surgery on both eyes. The doctor (Funke) was fine. However... I understand that dealing with the pandemic has resulted in significant disruption of normal practices and to some disorganization, but much of my experience has been unreasonable and ridiculous! 1. When you get an estimate and you pay for that estimate; don't think it stops there. It doesn't. I should've listened to another physician who warned me about the billing activities of this surgery clinic. My payment of thousands of dollars in March 2019; most of it still hasn't posted to my account today (October 2019) and yet they're sending balance due notices for thousands of dollars.
