Poor scheduling procedures.. had to wait over 25 min to talk to someone the second time around after my previous call . then lost my appointment cause they took too long to answer.

everyone was effcient and professional
The staff is very nice here doing good here. Only thing is I did not understand today’s exam at all. Don’t understand why they didn’t really check my eyes. They did dilate them, but they didn’t actually check for prescription need or weird
