I would give zero stars if possible. When I walked in I was never once acknowledged or greeted. They have a sign in kiosk and I signed in there and sat down. Still no greeting or anything as if I didn’t even exist. Every other person that came in was warmly greeted and told they didn’t have to use the kiosk and they could sign them in. I wish I had gone somewhere else. I've used my insurance and paid for my contact lens evaluation so feel stuck. Very poor customer service. The wait time of "at least 2 hours" is unprofessional. If they know they only have 2 providers they should book less patients. The doctor was pleasant enough but spent very little time getting patient feedback. It's been 5 weeks since my initial appointment and I'm still not in the right contact prescription.

I was very pleased with my experience at SW Eye Center. The staff was very professional and friendly. The exam was thorough and I did not feel rushed.
