Accurate vision reading. Finally can see again.
I just had cataract surgery and specifically requested the implant lens to correct my vision to 20/20 distance acuity. They absolutely did NOT do it! I wasted my $2000! I could have continued to live with the vision issues and not spent the money out of my pocket. I talked to the Dr and to the staff 4 different times to make CERTAIN I was going to get my sight fixed. They brushed me off and now I can’t see much better than before surgery. RUN AWAY FRON THIS PLACE!!!
When the unfortunate but foreseeable family affliction macular degeneration blurred into my life I visited the specialist recommended by our optometrist. In more than 2 yrs treatment for WMD and glaucoma, this is one top medical facilities I have ever used! (I'm 80 and have see a lot of Docs). Dr's Chang and de Beus are superb and the entire staff are very competent, efficient and friendly. .
Looking for a Dr to remove a sliver in my eye, I skipped over this one because of the reviews. I called the office in Casa Grande and they talked me into going to this office. I'm happy I did. Everyone was nice and they got me right in, removed my sliver and all is good
The front desk receptionaist, Maribel is extremely rude, not helpful and sounds as if you are wasting her time. The other staff is polite and courteous. Appts are usually quick but sometimes you wait an hour past your appt time.
Worst place ever. Dr. Filatova does not explain what is happening and is rude when questioned. Rudy at front desk was VERY rude and gave out misleading information. Rudy did not even know the difference between nearsighted and farsighted. AVOID.
It was a great visit. The staff was very nice. They were very polite and nice. Helpful too. I loved my experience and care for my eyes.
The staff at SWEC is always helpful and always shows concern about any issues I’m having at hand. Everyone there is very pleasant and very timely.
