Very thoughtful and did a wonderful job of explaining treatment options. I was nervous about the procedures I received, but the doctors took their time to explain. I am so please with my vision now and my total experience. I would recommend this place to everyone!
My husband was going through VA to get approved for Southwestern eye center to do his cataract surgery on both eyes. He was supposed to get his first surgery on June 1st, finding out it was postponed for another week because VA didn't have the proper paperwork another week went by, postponed again, again did not receive the proper paperwork,this happened 3 times , finally found out That Southwestern eye center their fax machine was not working. Awesome all the way around. Dr and nurses were the best ever. Everything explained and even found out my rx is changing but my eyes are doing awesome. Update: The "changing" prescription is a little off. Years later and new prescription glasses are harder to see with than old glasses with previous prescription. Unfortunately they are one of the very few eye places that accept medicaid.
