SCAMMERS SW Prop Mgmt (Kevin King & spouse in Santa Fe) will take your security deposit to pay himself for "repairs", which were actually normal wear & tear...(e.g. chalk in driveway, burnt out lightbulb for $25, any holes in walls to hang pictures, etc.) Kevin literally writes the checks to himself from SW Prop Mgmt for any of these "repairs."
