Just wanted to take a minute to say I was really impressed with this company. The main reason, and what ALWAYS impresses about businesses, is that things don’t go always go perfectly in any project. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine but when they installed the AC unit there was a small hole that was causing a leak. The owner of the company (Nick Marietta) personally called me and said they were going to replace the entire unit for me. It was just a nice personal touch and he just wanted to see it done right. I was in Las Vegas last week and stopped by Nick's office in Henderson.(Nick, Holly and I go back to their days in Iowa. Nick's company in Iowa handled all of my lawn care and landscaping projects.) Nick took an afternoon off and we toured a couple of the homes he recently remodeled / rehabbed to make the properties market-ready and saleable. My husband and I had a meeting recently with Allen Giles from Southwestern (I think he's a General Mgr.). We wanted to remodel our kitchen, the full bath, and have a new sliding door installed in the Master Bedroom) leading out to the patio at the back of the house. Great company. Appreciate the timeliness of their work and the cleanliness of the crew.. Eric kept me informed of the progress they were making day to day on my rental home.
This is the second time my parents have used Southwestern Custom Construction, and they couldn't be happier with work done on their house. All of the remodeling work was done in three days, the work was done very quickly and mess was minimal and all was cleaned up when it was done.... they were very happy.
