Was told I had to rate them before I came to NM - when I went into their office I was anxious to meet them. The receptionist was nice but the assistant handling my case was so rude, I was shocked and did not understand. I had to stand at the window and sign something...when I asked what this was and why I had to sign there was no response. And they gave me keys in an envelope.
