Stay away unless you are Perfectly Healthy. I liked every doctor I saw at this practice, when I was in the office with them. I only recommend them if you are planning to be perfectly healthy. If you think anything might go wrong then stay away. I was pregnant for the first time and was told I might miscarry. I was waiting for my lab results to find out if the pregnancy was viable, and had to go down to the office in person before anyone would look at them. Office staff bad, Doctors good! I chose Southwest Womens Care because both the office and hospital they deliver at are close to my home. I have to agree with the comment about the office staff. They are rude. I was having problems early in my pregnancy and the appointment setter refused to give me an appointment until I was 8 weeks along!! The doctors at Southwest Womens Care are the best I never write these review but I just want to share with everyone how much I love the doctors at this group. My experiences have been with Dr. Wilson, Grayson and Mourad. I have had two children with this group and I love how they sincerely seem excited for me. Do Not Use Attention expectant mothers: DO NOT USE!! I was referred to Southwest Women’s Care by a friend who was very impressed by the Ahwatukee office location and staff. This being my second pregnancy, I was prepared for the lengthy initial paperwork, long office waits, and moody receptionists; however, I was not at all prepared for complete and utter incompetence. Excellent Doctors The doctors of Southwest Womens Care are first class. They are on call 24-7 at Banner Desert Medical Center. The practice has both men and women doctors.
Good Help Southwest Womens Care is a good place to go for routine OB/GYN care. They are quick and efficient when you get there. Making an apt with them is easier then a small doctors office. They can normally get you in before 2 weeks. So they have good ups and downs in comparison with other offices.
Don't Go Here!!! I am 8months pregnant and have not yet seen a doctor. Their nurse practitioner is a joke. Every time i have a question about my health she doesn't examine me and tells me i should go to hospital triage instead. I'm at a doctor's office; why would i go to triage?! She just sent me to triage for no reason (other than the fact she's not a doctor and couldn't answer for herself) and now i have a $1000 bill when there was NOTHING wrong with me. Can't Get an Appointment...and the staff needs lessons in Customer Service Though I LOVE Dr. Kimbro, She is amazing, the office staff is not helpful and often snooty and rude. I had a mammogram for a lump in my breast last year and it took them two weeks to give me the results when the radiologist told me theyâd have the film in two days. So Great -- It's almost unbelievable In my whole life - I have NEVER been to a better doctor's office. Really. I have several medical issues which needed to be monitored since I was pregnant. I met with Nurse Practitioner Barbara Lockwood. She is soft spoken, smart and warm. She really listened to me and asked me many questions. My primary care physician at the time was really awful.
