I had an appointment here once and never went back. I have a complex chronic medical history, and was LAUGHED AT when I inquired about an MRI. The nurse said with a condescending tone, “Honey, even people who actually NEED an MRI can’t get one. That’s not going to happen.” I will never forget that. I have been in pain for years. Just wanted to say I found a genuine doctor elsewhere, who listens to her patients and sees the big picture, to very willingly order an MRI for me which was approved by my insurance. I looked for an email address on their website to send this feedback privately but did not see one so, unfortunately, I must share publicly. I saw Karen in the early 90’s when I was still in college. I was elated to see she was still here when I moved back in 2022. I recently was seen by Amanda and she is amazing. I’ve never been rushed here and have always had ample time to spend with staff. Very concerned, thoughtful, professional. From check in to prep, to visit to check out, I feel the whole office has great people.
