I saw Karen in the early 90’s when I was still in college. I was elated to see she was still here when I moved back in 2022. I recently was seen by Amanda and she is amazing. I’ve never been rushed here and have always had ample time to spend with staff. Very concerned, thoughtful, professional. From check in to prep, to visit to check out, I feel the whole office has great people.
If I could negative stars, I would. These people Do NOT Listen to their patients! I’ve been seen on multiple occasions for the same issues. I repeatedly told them I felt my hormones needed to be checked and each time they refused because my cycle was regular, I was “too young” for perimenopause, and insurance blah blah. Every time they wanted to put me on birth control, a bandaid to mask the issues. I don't want to even give one star. I saw the nurse, stephanie kirk for less than 5 minutes and she was ready to prescribe 2 hormones to me!! I asked her if she, maybe, would like to see my lab work to baseline my current hormone status and she said it would not give her any useful information. She did not read my intake form either! She is unqualified to treat, and only sees how fast she can prescribe drugs. They will never see me again and I am warning others of their malpractice MO.
I didn’t feel listened to at this practice. Everything felt very rushed and glossed over. I was in for a repeat procedure and no one was aware that I had that procedure before. It was as if they didn’t bother to review my file. Also, as a patient it’s very difficult to access your own medical records. They don’t offer a patient portal and you have to pay for any copies of your own medical record that they have on file. I quickly lost trust in this office and went elsewhere.
I want to shout from the rooftops how grateful I am for this group. I found them by word of mouth, and a referral from my care team, and I’m so glad. Amanda and the entire team go above and beyond and truly care about you as an individual. No conveyor belt care here. From reception, to nurse, to NP, everyone is fantastic.
