I looked for an email address on their website to send this feedback privately but did not see one so, unfortunately, I must share publicly. While Karen Zinc is an absolutely lovely person who does great things in our community, my experience with the provider Stephanie Kirk, and the office in general, was abhorrent. Stephanie treated me like I was an inconvenience and she did not care at all to figure out what was causing my health issues. I saw her for hair loss and fatigue in July, 2025. She ran some basic labs and I was ... read more

It was several years ago so I do t know they do hormonal replacement therapy the same but…they never required sny bloodwork and for many years was getting their routine every z3 months estrogen and testosterone pellet injections I decided to get a second opinion from a trained MD not a Nurse Practitioner. They go by a eviddnced-based and signature to your body HRT well known therapy called Biote. They insisted on full panel bloodwork and what I was told is I had way too much of estrogen and testosterone for even a man. I was... read more

I saw Karen in the early 90’s when I was still in college. I was elated to see she was still here when I moved back in 2022. I recently was seen by Amanda and she is amazing. I’ve never been rushed here and have always had ample time to spend with staff. Very concerned, thoughtful, professional. From check in to prep, to visit to check out, I feel the whole office has great people.

I repeatedly told them I felt my hormones needed to be checked and each time they refused because my cycle was regular, I was “too young” for perimenopause, and insurance blah blah. Every time they wanted to put me on birth control, a bandaid to mask the issues. After years of feeling unwell, I finally saved and found a doctor who was shocked at how low my estrogen, calcium, oxygen, hydr... read more

I don't want to even give one star. I saw the nurse, stephanie kirk for less than 5 minutes and she was ready to prescribe 2 hormones to me!! I asked her if she, maybe, would like to see my lab work to baseline my current hormone status and she said it would not give her any useful information. She did not read my intake form either! She is unqualified to treat, and only sees how fast she can prescribe drugs. They will never see me again and I am warning others of their malpractice MO.
