I HAVE TRIED CALLING SOUTH WEST THREE TO FOUR TIMES IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS WITH NO RESPONSE.I LEFT A VOICE MESSAGE FOR A CALL BACK AND STILL NO RESPONSE.I CALLED BACK TODAY AND IT WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICE MESSAGE.MY MRI ORDERS HAVE BEEN FAXED OVER TO THIS COMPANY AND STILL NO CALL BACK FROM THEM.
Can't get anyone to call you back. 4 days of trying and then they wanted me to fax my orders to them first. I don't have a computer or a fax. I'm an old lady who just wants an MRI. I'll go somewhere else.
I have been trying to schedule an appointment for MRI for 4 days now. I have left several messages o call me back. No one has returned my calls. Not good business.
Had MRI done today. Katie the tech was great and everything went well. Glad was able to get it scheduled fast.
Amazing MRI location. I'm a heavy set 6' 1" with wide shoulder guy and it has been extremely difficult to find a location that would accommodate me and this place has a the biggest one I try and I try 6 different location. Scheduling is a breeze and the MRI tech is amazing on breaking down the process so it can be a walk in the park. I have already recommended this location to the Dr I have seen and their exited to spread the word around about this location.
