No return ??? The product didn't suit me and they don't want to refund me. 1200$ in trash The picture in the advertisement does not match the actual product. The image shows a hub, but the item received has no hub at all. This is misleading and constitutes false advertising. The photo in the ad is a public offer, so the seller is responsible for providing the product as shown.
Item I ordered was back ordered even though it showed in stock. Zero communication from southwest wheel that item was back ordered except for when I called after a week. Finally one day (20 days later) a package arrives after I sourced the parts elsewhere and paid expedited shipping. Can’t return item since southwest now calls it a special order: Now I have $100 worth of useless parts. Never again, southwest lost a customer
