There not attending to anyone they are mean and not supportive I was staying here with my baby who was in the nicu and the nurses were complaining about anything I asked them and i requested a certain formula for my under weight baby and they got mad told me do you know how much that cost as if it was coming out of there pocket? And there the ones who told me I need to do half milk and breast milk they didn’t get me what I needed so I had to go buy it my self
Woah, this place is scary. Dropped my wife off because we thought she had a serious infection. And needed some other things done her doctor wouldn’t do…. She waited there 9 hours!!!!! Totally not okay. I know you have to see the most dangerous stuff first. But 9 hours. That’s like Europe. Insane and totally not okay. The newspaper should do a story on this. All the while they wouldn’t tell her anything. Just that if she left she’d be taken off the list.
I've been to PeaceHealth twice now. An ER visit and a surgery. Both times I was very pleased with how I was treated. Nursing staff was amazing both times. No one wants to be in a hospital but they made it as pleasant as they could. No complaints.
My stay was a series of health hazards and professional neglect. It began when I found blood on my pillow and the bed rails upon arriving; Nurse Emily denied the presence of blood before attempting to spot-clean the area instead of moving me. While she was away, a phlebotomist became aggressive when I refused treatment in a blood contaminated bed, chucking his equipment into the trash and falsely reporting to other staff that I was refusing care.
