My visit to Dr. Rael of Southwest Vision was extremely brief - I saw the doctor for no more than five minutes - and I felt the exam was not very thorough. After ordering my eyeglasses through their store (which uses an odd, tiered pricing system), several weeks passed. No one returned my calls or messages, and the place was closed on days during posted business hours. Eventually, I did receive my glasses after returning to the store and speaking with the office manager, who was able to find my paperwork.

After almost a month of waiting we gave up asked for a refund and to void our visit through our insurance! I do not recommend!

I love this place.!! Everyone ive met is so nice and polite. Only issue is your business hours. Most of the time i come and you are suppose to be open, you're not. There is no one here or a note saying whether someone is coming back or not. Its 2:40 and the door is locked with no one here and you're suppose to be open until 5. Please at least have something saying you wont be open for the day or whatever
