I absolutely love the staff here. I was a bit nervous going in after reading the reviews. The front desk ladies are extremely friendly and made my first visit not so scary. They all welcomed me right in with smiles and laughter. And made me feel so comfortable. We laughed and joked about silly stuff, but it was more relaxing then I have ever felt in a doctor's office. Bedside manner was poor, Doctor seemed completed uninterested and inconvenienced by my visit, never got a follow up for scheduling surgery, and they had to call a third party company to figure out what my copay was over a month after the visit. Front desk staff was nice, and medical assistant was nice. But no online portal for payment or for review of my notes. I would expect this level of care and organization in rural America. This office has the rudest front desk. I have ever dealt with. Will never come back here.
We never received a call back from this Urologist specialist office for an appointment. When I finally reached out to them about scheduling him an appointment, they stated they didnt receive a referral and would have to get back with us once it was sent and how long it would take would depend on our clinic.. Our clinic did send it, they must of just lost it. I have a physical copy that they werent interested in. Once I read reviews on this place, its no wonder they have the reviews they have...
