Office staff does not respond keep leaving messages with no response
Office manager who calls patients is rude and tells me that a fever of 100.4 is NOT a fever when my normal body temperature is 97 6 and when it reaches 99⁰ it makes my eyes burn and feel miserable. So someone please tell her that she's NOT a doctor or nurse and should not be allowed to tell patients ANYTHING regarding the certain patients health issues when each person is different from the other
