I have never experienced such terrible customer service from a medical clinic. Every time I called, the receptionist, whose name I believe is Temara, repeatedly put me on hold. On one occasion, she left me waiting for more than 15 minutes, then the call was disconnected. I called back, and once again she immediately put me on hold. After waiting for more than 15 minutes, I asked her if she could please help me. Instead of addressing my concern, she put me on hold again without even giving me a reason.
