I have been coming to this location for a year. The worst doctor office I have ever gone to. My major concern is with the Office Manager, Terri. I have been waiting for a referral to see a neurologist for over 5 months. As of today, I am still waiting on that referral. I had to have 2 eye surgeries rescheduled because Terri didn’t faxed over the necessary documents. As of today, haven’t had the surgery.
