I scheduled an appointment over the phone for blood work to be done for something personal. I came to my appointment only to be told the system was down and they couldn’t accept me. I rescheduled my appointment over the phone for a few days later. I show up when I l’m supposed to. Absolutely horrible customer service. I have never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional treatment from a medical clinic. About two weeks ago, I called this clinic and was kept on hold for more than 15 minutes. I kept calling back, getting disconnected, calling again, and being placed on hold over and over again. I have never experienced such terrible customer service from a medical clinic. Every time I called, the receptionist, whose name I believe is Temara, repeatedly put me on hold. On one occasion, she left me waiting for more than 15 minutes, then the call was disconnected. I called back, and once again she immediately put me on hold. After waiting for more than 15 minutes, I asked her if she could please help me. Instead of addressing my concern, she put me on hold again without even giving me a reason.
