Great place! Great doctors , to good staff! Doctors here actually care and want to help you, there is a lot of doctors I have seen and just , throw you medicine and say see you later 😡! Not this place, they go the extra mile! I recommend this office and these doctors that work here!
I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Independent practice and it shows. The facility does whatever they want and treat other however they want. Please seek care else where. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. The nurse practitioner Ruta Savickiene should reconsider her field of practice she do not practice patient care concerns.
If I could provide a rating as low as zero, I would. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism and customer service was severely lacking. Although the front desk staff provided acceptable service, Nurse Practitioner Ruta Savickiene's behavior was unacceptable. Her demeanor was consistently rude, and her approach to patient care demonstrated minimal concern. Don’t waist your time. I went here for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with me. Went to another dr. for a second opinion because I wasn’t feeling myself, just to find out there was something wrong. Thankfully I was able to take care of my situation once I was properly diagnosed. This location is just not efficient.
They are wonderful, from start to finish. One employee who really stands out is Ameer. He has done all of my Covid tests and he seriously is amazing---friendly, efficient, helpful, and really cares. He even called me after hours to give me the results of my test. Southwest Urgent Care is truly lucky to have Ameer!
