I was told to drop my trailer off and eat lunch, they'd give me a call when it was ready. after almost 3 hours I called them and found out they hadn't yet found the part. then they found the part and it was going to be there around 3:30 or 4, and I was told that I'd have to cover any overtime for the installer starting after 4:30. my $130 in parts turns into $570 plus any overtime after labor is added, told that I'd be charged 5 hours for labor when that's literally not possible when you take the time the trailer is there an... read more

I brought my 86 Freuhauf in to have the suspension bushings replaced and to have top air added to it. Chad told me it would be 4 hours to do the top air and a day and a half to do the bushings. He started on it on Monday and when I called on Tuesday he said it wouldn't be finished until Thursday when the new spring would arrive. He assured me that everything else would be completed and when the spring arrived he would finish it up then. At no time did he tell me the time needed to finish was going to increase.
