Very bad customer service they don’t know how to to costumer
I can't say enough good things about Southwest Trailer Service! From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely top-notch. Not only did they provide a high-quality trailer exactly when I needed it, but they went above and beyond by helping me move some heavy equipment—something they didn't even have to do. Their team was friendly, professional, and truly dedicated to making sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of trailer services—this is a company that truly cares!
Highly knowledgeable and quick with their service on RV suspension and brake issues.
Had an issue with a trailer leg I needed looked at. Although it was close to their closing time, they got me right in and took care of me. Will return.
