Highly knowledgeable and quick with their service on RV suspension and brake issues.
Had an issue with a trailer leg I needed looked at. Although it was close to their closing time, they got me right in and took care of me. Will return.
Best place with the best people for trailer repairs. My extendable trailer axle air lines were busted, and after going to TA and another repair shop, I was told they didn’t have the parts and had me waiting over three hours before even checking it. These guys went above and beyond. They came out to the road with me to inspect the issue, made sure they had the correct parts, and even called multiple FleetPride locations to locate and order everything needed—without wasting any of my time, which is very rare these days. Southwest Trailer Service in Ridgefield, WA was awesome to work with. We brought one of our roofing trailers in for a repair and they took great care of us from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent, friendly, responsive, and super easy to coordinate with. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the pricing was very fair. We really appreciate their honesty and quality service and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!
I have been working with STS for many years now. I brought them Over to my new company when my old company shut their doors. They are prompt, detailed, quickly reactive and amazing to work with. Their travel mechanic Andrew has been a lifesaver at our company. I can request a repair or inspection for last minute and he wastes no time getting on-site and things taken care of for me. They always send me a fair quote and very pleasant to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
