Super rude white lady at check-in. I don’t know what is her problem but she’s very very unhappy. Appointment was for 2am, showed up at 1:03 and got told three times that my actual check-in time will start at 2 am and not earlier although she gave me a door right away. Which was occupied. And then she came to my truck and lectured me why I didn’t notify her that there was still a truck in the door?! 🤯
Got here 2 hrs early and got a door right away. Didn't get unloaded till my appointment time but I went to sleep. This place has a lot of forginer drivers that dosent know or understand driver etiquette! Parking in the way and dont move wit the flow of traffic! They got 3 stars cause that 260.00 lumper for 8 pallets was crazy

Overnight parking may be on road. They allow drivers to use restroom. ring bell at the gate and talk to them to open gate. check in office is at the end of the docks. In office person named Danney doesn’t want to work he will waste his and your time to max.
The white receiving lady is so rude. She will only take you at your appointment time. If you come early she will tell you to come back, but then she will not open the gate making you late so she can charge you $ 255 . She needs to get fired immediately. For ten pallets they can take 4 hours. Avoid this warehouse.
