I would like to share my experience with the check-in staff at Southwest Traders INC. Unfortunately, the attitude and behavior of one of the check-in ladies has been consistently unprofessional and unacceptable.I have visited this facility four or five times. During my first visit, I noticed her rude behavior but chose not to say anything. However, after several visits, I have observed the same pattern repeatedly.
