I am a Dispatcher for a company that had a driver deliver here this morning. He had an issue with his truck not holding air as soon as they called him to a door. Employees helped get him out from under the trailer so the yard dog could put on door for him to get unloaded while we waited for a mechanic. I spoke to I believe was the transportation manager and he mentioned they have an on site mechanic that works on their equipment that he could also look at ours. Professional, respectful, showed up 1.5 hours before appointment.. he asked me to pull out as he did not have an open dock.. called within 5 minutes. Was put on the dock quick, the lumper emptied my trailer quickly..(full trailer 15 min) the lumper was slightly brash on the phone asking me to leave the dock.. was only being direct and speaking loud due to the environment we work in... If you guys leaving these bad reviews want someone to hold your hand find a new profession.
There’s a very nice team here. Soon as you come to window you can tell there busy but as long as you are kind to them they are extremely kind to you and in this industry you need that thank you to the gentlemen in the office I think both names Danny and also the kind Miss Cali even at 4 in the morning she’s nice … thanks you guys
From a driver standpoint pretty good docking area they're pretty fast here
