My appointment was at 2am and tried to check in around 1.10am but the receptionist told me came back at 1.55am but ended up falling asleep in the yard as I was super tired from all day long work and checked in at 3 am and now I’m have to pay late fee of $150. That’s such a rip Off. I mean I wonder how can you guys do that and take someones hard earned money just like that where you clearly knew I was early But even then why charge a late fee and for what????? Closed Gate gave me a heartbeat because it’s Sunday and finally after 1 hour some employe behind me Opened the Gate. Receiving Hours: Sunday 8pm - Midnight Monday through Thursday 8pm - 5am Friday 8pm - Midnight Saturday - Closed
