We went to the Apache Junction location last week and met Sam. He showed us around and steered us in the right direction. He delivered our new tractor yesterday and was above and beyond professional and has treated us with great customer service. There are not enough positve things I can say about Southwest Tractor & Equipment. We reachec out to them after having some mixed reactions with other tractor dealers. They reached back out to us via email almost immediately, were very straightforward and clear in their pricing and invoicing, and were knowledgeable in their tractors! I bought a 2019 bobcat from this place. When I purchased this equipment I asked Sam's wife what if theres a problem with equipment off the back, she replied that they were a small family owned buisness and if anything was wrong with the bobcat off the back they would make it right. We'll I didn't even use this bobcat for 3hrs and first problem came up. Then I found 3 major leaks.
