You got that right this place is a damn joke just like they always have a excuse on why they overcharge you on miscellaneous bullshit they will literally cut someone’s electric below 0 weather and not care even if it’s over a cent still cuts it off just sad what this world has come too
My experience at the office with the staff when signing up for new service was exceptional, as well as the few times that I needed to call with questions about flex-pay. The staff normally seems to be willing to help with a professional attitude. Having just moved back to Tipton County, I have found that the rates for electrical utilities are quite reasonable here compared to neighboring counties.
These guys are the absolute BEST. On a stormy afternoon a tree fell blocking the road, snapping a pole in half and shutting down power to 3/4 of our units. Within just a few hours the tree debris was out of the way, a new pole installed and power restored to everyone. They cannot be beat for service and quality work! 10/19 we had an issue with a pole that had been damaged. They went above and beyond to assist us to make sure that my tenants stay safe with minimal time without power. THESE GUYS ARE TOP NOTCH!
From the time I reported my outage it was less than 30 minutes and my power was back on.
