Wanting to share how much my family and i sincerely appreciate the excellent level of care and professionalism Mr. Chris Fisher shows and represents, after a nearby lightning strike near our house, Mr. Fisher responded to our house for a service call and provided a level of customer care and professionalism that is world class. We had to have our electricity shut off for replacement of our breaker box on a Friday. We were assisted by Mr. Carson Ruffin. He came to our Brighton home very quickly, he was respectful of us and our property, and he explained the process to us, including that it was his day off! He was professional, polite and cheerful. My phone automaticly replied STOP to the text notifications without me knowing or Stopping it myself. So, I came home to my power being off and was really upset because I never received any notification and I have always paid whenever I would receive a payment due notification. I called the customer service and they were very nice and worked with us and had my power turned right back on when I explained what happened. You got that right this place is a damn joke just like they always have a excuse on why they overcharge you on miscellaneous bullshit they will literally cut someone’s electric below 0 weather and not care even if it’s over a cent still cuts it off just sad what this world has come too
