From the time I reported my outage it was less than 30 minutes and my power was back on.
After payment was made I could not enable previous auto payment
These guys are the absolute BEST. On a stormy afternoon a tree fell blocking the road, snapping a pole in half and shutting down power to 3/4 of our units. Within just a few hours the tree debris was out of the way, a new pole installed and power restored to everyone. They cannot be beat for service and quality work!
UPDATE 6/12/25: It’s STILL just as bad. The power is off again now, and there’s LITERALLY NOTHING that would be causing this. I’ve have now had to replace MULTIPLE wireless routers, a monitor power supply, and it’s killed a PlayStation. At what point can I start getting free power for all of the money that I dump into this absolutely incapable company?
