These guys are awesome. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had a broken scrubber at work. I tried to go through Tennant to get it repaired. Tennant was completely unresponsive. Wouldn't return emails or calls. I found Southwest Sweeper Sales on google and gave them a call. They came out almost immediately and picked up my scrubber and repaired it. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the scrubber...something had just come unplugged. They didn't even charge me anything for the repair or diagnostic, just a nominal fee ... read more

After a few failed attempts at hiring a dependable sweeping service I tried Southwest Sweeper Sales to maintain parking lots and parking garages I managed. Southwest was dependable and honest.Jerry's attention to detail and punctuality was a nice change from what I was used to with other companies.
