I started going to Southwest Sports and Spine 2 years ago because of severe sciatic pain. Dr. Johnson is so skilled and precise in making injections that I have been pain-free for many months at a time. He and his staff are very professional and kind. Got pain? Very organized, prompt, friendly and thorough
I had an appt scheduled for 2/18 for injections, made this appt 3 weeks ago. After traveling from home to appt (1.5 hours) I show up and I have no appt. Turns out the medical assistance and the doc I was seeing no longer work there. My appt was scheduled with a different dr but I guess was never put in the system. I have gotten the run around from this office many times in the last 3 months, they are not organized and the patients surfer because of it.
I never knew the true meaning of pain and suffering until Johnna left the practice and I was treated by the new PA BRIAN KELSEY @Southwest Sports and spine. He seemed nice enough at our first office visit but then proceeded to tell me he didn't have his license to give me my pain meds when that was the whole reason for the visit.
