I have been very pleased with the professionalism of all the employees and friendly people. Ashley the therapist is great when working with the patient to make sure she understands what level of pain the patient has. I also was impressed that they have an employee that teaches how to breathe during your exercises to manage pain. I highly recommend this facility on Northwestern.
