Best Chiropractic Office Ever~ I am writing to recommend this Chiropractic office to anyone who has neck, shoulder and knee pain and injuries. I am a RN and was hurt by a patient and suffered neck, shoulder and knee injuries. Not only was I given adjustments that relieved my pain and increased my ability to function, but I also received Physical Therapy and massage, all of which contributed greatly to my ability to return to work. Anyone that has back pain should go see these doctors! I had been suffering with low back pain and sciatica for months. I tried physical therapy and it didn't really help. I stopped working out because of the pain. My friend recommended I go see Dr. Warde and I am so glad I did. He explained my x rays and why I was hurting. I felt immediate relief and almost no pain after two weeks treating. oh, the staff is so professional and fun. Thank you Southwest Spine & Sport!
