Dr. Freeman was awesome, and so was the medical assistant, but I didn’t catch her name. Dr. Freeman took the time to listen to me and wasn’t dismissive at all, even when I got a bit emotional explaining how my chronic pain has affected my life over the past few years. He gave me options for treatment approaches and was 100% onboard with me when I told him I tend to be a bit more conservative when it comes to medical treatment. The medical staff is always very caring and courteous. They always go above and beyond to ensure you are well cared for.
This was my fourth or fifth experience trying to get treatment. It was the most refreshing experience I’ve ever had with pain clinic! The staff were so amazingly friendly. They were efficient. I hardly waited more than five minutes. I felt like they were extremely prepared. They knew why I was there. They had already read the reports and were ready to go.
