Dear Edmontonian, I just want to make a review for CATHY (insurance clerk on this clinic). She is not helpful at all on explaining clearly the treatment financial side as she changes the package she told me way back, very unprofessional. I waited for the insurance to reply back for my estimate months, and this is very devastating for myself. Definitely I won't recommend this Clinic all thru out Edmonton. I came to Southwest Smiles not quite a year ago. I was referred to them by a denture clinic here in Edmonton. After a bad experience with a periodontist who missed a tooth with a cracked root that was infected and abscessed I found Dr Susoeff. He found the problem, treated and cleaned up that tooth for me. He and his staff did a great job! I always knew what was being done, the cost of the procedures and the aftercare that would be needed.
