I had a good experience here. She was professional, caring and detailed. Also as always, you want to find out from your insurance company first, what is covered and what is not covered before getting any work done, and as always you want to be clear what you want to pay or not. Before my appointment, I found out all of those information before showing up and that there won’t be any surprises. The reception is very rude
Dr. Susoeff and his staff were recommended to me when I required major dental work; bone grafting, dental implants and tooth removal. When you enter the office of Southwest Smiles Dental Clinic, you are greeted by a beautiful living plant wall. The dental administrators at the front desk are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They made my initial experience smooth and easy.
