I started the Clear Correct process back in April 2012 with Southwest Smiles. I worked with Irene the hygienist and Dr Kloss in the beginning. This has been a long process because of wrong trays being delivered to Southwest Smiles from Clear Correct. Dr Kloss I only saw a few times. Irene was wonderful to work with. I was received wrong trays in the beginning and Irene was on top of it and helped me get this fixed. She did her job well. After she left there was a turnover in staff. I had not been to the dentist in about 9 years-mainly because I have dreaded my past experiences growing up. I walked into the office and I immediately felt welcome. I did not have a long waiting time, and the staff including Dr Kloss were fast and efficient and genuinely caring. I finally had my wisdom teeth extracted and it was done painlessly within about 2 minutes with local anesthetic. I also had to have crowns done on my bottom teeth which were smooth sailing as well. Southwest smiles is a great place to have your smile shine even more. The experiance her is unforgettable. The staff is very friendly and makes sure u get the information you need. Kelly the hygenist is helpful and gives you great tips on keeping your smile bright. Dr. Kloss has great experiance and you will feel that you are in great hands.I would highly recommend family and friends to this office.
