Julie who answers the phone is very rude. As the face of the company, they should have friendly staff answer phone calls and actually want to help customers. Please go to a different place for assistance.
I dropped in one day to ask about getting a cpap machine replacement. I spoke with the manager. She was very gung ho about helping me. She said have my dr fax her a letter saying my machine is broken and I need a new one. We talked for a good 25 minutes or more. She was so eager to help me and work with me for my next sleep study. I called her a week later to see if she got the fax. She acted like she didn't know me, rude, and very cold. I asked her if she knew who I was and she said yes, but she had lots of faxes to look at... read more
