I saw Dr Margolis and was treated extremely well. Great dr.
I have never been treated so poorly by a physicians' office in my life, and that is not hyperbole. They mis-scheduled my appointment -- a proven error on their part -- I was treated rudely by a front office member named Liz. When I called to leave a message for the office manager (Rosemary and Nancy), they sent an autocall for the reminder of my appointment later in the week. Trolled by a professional office?! Great surgeons !Dr Siegel is awesome .He did a great job with my son's surgery.
I called Friday morning and they got me in Friday afternoon. My primary Dr didn't feel like my symptoms were anything to worry about and the specialist she scheduled me with couldn't get me in until Sept.... The staff here was extremely friendly they got me in on time and the Dr had me diagnosed quickly. Needless to say I need a spine/neck surgeon quickly, not an orthopedist and physical therapy in due time.
Southwest Shoulder Elbow and Hand Center and Dr Butler are outstanding. I travel all the way from Yuma to see Dr Butler and after surgery yesterday, although it is a little painful, I am already improved and almost ready to go back to my work as a veterinarian. These folks are professional yet personal and are aligned with a wonderful surgery center as well.
Dr. Butler is the BEST...hands down (no pun intended)! My hands are one of my most precious of possessions......I'm a golfer and I play the piano. When I broke my Hamate bone (the hook of the hamate,mehich is a common injury for baseball players and golfers), I panicked. If I couldn't golf....this was going to mess up my post-work life dramatically! Thanks to the expertise of Dr. butler, here it is 13 days post surgery and I'm back to most of my pre-break activities.
