After 6 months of progressive debilitation, pain, and inflammation in my R MCP joint from a rose thorn injury which resulted in four visits to 3 providers involving Cortisone shots, and inaccurate (and frustrating) diagnoses of gout or arthritis, Dr. Bourne at my first visit, LISTENED TO ME, took a careful look and a feel, whipped out a scalpel and removed the remains of the thorn in seconds! The doctors here are really good. I won't let anyone touch me but Dr. Butler. He does a really great job at what he does.
I have seen both Dr Margolis and Dr Jain, and find the agency to be professional and proficient. The office staff is friendly and helpful, particularly since my insurance is difficult to navigate. Not having to travel for X-rays makes the experience far easier and I look forward to having them perform my carpal tunnel surgery on my other hand in the future.
I have been a paralegal for 28 years. When I find a doctor who I believe practices above the standard of care, I refer clients to him/her. I referred 2 of my clients to Dr. Chafik. Both clients obtained excellent results. The doctors here perform great work, listen to their patients, and take the time to explain everything.
