Called to have our soggy field checked and tank pumped. Cooper and Jon have been very professional and did a good job explaining options and pricing. We had our tank pumped and today learned our field was not well designed and will require modification to work correctly. We are going to schedule the work next week. So far we have had a good experience dealing with Southwest Sewer and Septic dealing with an unpleasant problem.
