THIS PLACE HAS A INFESTATION OF RODENTS AND THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE THEY WON'T CARE IT ALL FOR YOUR BELONGINGS,THE RODENTS GAT INTO MY MATRESS AND MY BOXES DESTROY LIKE MY CLOTHES AND DINNING CHAIRS,I HAVE TO THROW LIKE 40% OUT OF MY STAFF TO THE DUMPSTER, THE STORAGE MANAGEMENT WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF ANYTHING, MY ADVISE DON'T PUT YOUR BELONGINGS THERE.
I never had any problems with them. The customer service is solid.
