I live in Carlsbad 6-months of each year. I always rent a storage unit from Southwest Self Storage when in Carlsbad. They are always professional, easy to work with and the facilities are nice and clean. No complaints here!

Very pleased! If you pay BEFORE the first of each month...for the next month's rent...you will be fine. Great people to work with...Jacqueline is AMAZING! Had our "stuff" there for almost 6 years!

I Filled out this companies rental application and paid the fee, received confirmation of acceptance and the gate code to enter. The next day they text me saying that I MUST provided an alternate contact name and number or they will cancel the application approval. When asked why since it was not listed as required on the application they simply stated it was required. When provided with an alternate contact they canceled the contract and refunded the money. Go with somebody else.

Less than 1 star. Started out I had recurring billing set up and was charged 3 times for 1 month rent, recieved my receipt for the one i authorized yet never given credit for it. Sent proof of payment after being locked out and after talking to Jacqueline, nothing was ever resolved. She's very rude, went to the level of telling my wife lies of me having an affair. Very unprofessional, rude, Does not follow legal requirements of self storage facilities.
