Southwest is the best , trustworthy, quick, in & out. Good people.
We took our 18' trailer in to check why the trailer brakes kept giving a disconnect message on our truck, plus a leak in the black tank. Got it back and was told, "just don't drive with the black tank full." Which we would not, no brainer - just to the dump station. Took it down to Cumberland and got all set up for a day and realized the black tank was FULL to the point of up in the toilet. The company had put water in it to test it and not dumped it. And we had driven it there that way after being told not to drive it full.... read more
They took 2 Months to fix my storage department and it still not right it's uneven now we have to take somewhere else to get it right,
