Had to make a couple of phone calls before someone picked up the phone however, after initial contact was made, everything went very smooth. The wait time was very short, the text showed up a bit earlier than scheduled however we're willing to wait for my arrival. I was impressed with the knowledge that the technicians had regarding the disassembly and reassemble of the damaged shutter. The text were friendly and respectful of my home. I would most definitely call on them again for any future service.
