Our rent was locked in at 1275 for 12 months. We’ve lived here for 6 months and you threaten me with an eviction notice because YOU made our rent rate wrong and YOU did the paperwork wrong. Make this right! Watch out if you move here! We had to cough up the “missing rent” with no questions answered. Melissa claims to be the supervisor but did not give me the name or number for someone that works for Pheniox Gardens Of Nevada. The property manager is terrible here.
The units are basic, nothing out of the ordinary. We moved in 6 years ago, the first 2-3 years was excellent. Management was on top of their job and made sure everything went well and work orders were taken cared of. The last few year have been horrible and disappointing. Management is extremely unprofessional, unreliable, careless to say the least. They really don’t care about anything but the rent check sliding down their mailbox.
