Dr. Reinoso and his staff are professional from beginning to end of appointments. Courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient!
Dr. Reinoso was awesome. He came in and went over questions that were asked, in detail he explained everything to me. He did not rush the visit and addressed all my concerns and options. My wait time was short as well. 10/10.
If you want to be disrespected or treated unfair. Go to Southwest Pulmonary & Sleep Disorder office! I had an appointment at 11:40 AM, after setting there for an hour waiting my turn. A loud white man came in on the phone, his appointment was at 12:30 PM. He started complaining about waiting, had only been there about 10-15 min. Finally, I was called to the back, put in the doctor's room only to be left there for another 30 min. I open the door and heard the doctor waiting on this man who appointment was well after mind.
