As a new Condo Board Member and President, Robert Perez, our CAM (Community Assn. Manager) has been instrumental in helping me navigate through learning & understanding processes. His condominium association background has made a difference in guiding me to the proper protocols. He responds quickly and his responses are complete! I can't tell you how much I appreciate his wisdom and guidance and willingness to help. He is the best!!!
Nicholas, Jenna, and the rest of the SW team have been invaluable in helping get our SEVERELY mismanaged COA and neglected community back on track! Our newest Board of Directors spent about a year just getting the community to a condition SW would even take it on. In the few months they've been managing our community they have helped uncover and rectify hundreds of thousands of dollars of waste, they have terminated insubordinate employees, they have brought in hard working, respectful employees who are adored by homeowners ... read more

I have had a very disappointing experience with Raymond Shrum regarding the towing of my vehicle. The company has created unfair and unreasonable towing rules that seem more focused on generating revenue than supporting residents. These policies are challenging to navigate, and it feels as though they are made solely for the company’s benefit. Additionally, the company is hard to reach and appears to lack integrity when managing the Villa Capri community.
Kevin Hogan with Southwest was sensitive to my inquiry re: our blown down fences by Hurricane Milton. He gave names of of people to contact that help us out. Thanks so much Kevin.
