I am beyond frustrated with the complete lack of professionalism and accountability from Southwest Property Management. Their communication is nonexistent, maintenance requests are ignored for weeks (if not months), and they seem more focused on issuing fines than actually managing the community. It’s unacceptable that homeowners pay fees for services that are never delivered. The level of incompetence and disregard for residents is appalling, and something needs to change.
Our newly acquired HOA manager, Kevin Hogan, seems very knowledgeable about HoA issues/bylaws. He was very prompt with returning my call and listened to my concerns. Very friendly & easy to talk to. Thank you.
Huge RAVE to Natalie, owner and president of SWPM! I had a billing issue that was a result of miscommunication with my HOA. After many attempts, I was not able to get ahold of anyone to resolve the issue so I reached out to Natalie, who was incredible! She went above and beyond to explain everything and fix the problem for me (even working through the holiday which she absolutely didn’t have to.) I could not be more appreciative of her - Customer Service 10/10 ⭐️
