Absolutely the worst mistake I have made in my experience of renting a home or apartment period! If i could rate them with 0 stars I would. Please look around for other options and think twice before calling Eli and this company. I could truthfully say they neglect their tenants in multiple aspects. They take months to resolve issues in my case three months to fix an inoperable shower, but I'll give them this they sure are great at collecting your rent.
