The Dr was great. I called to cancel an appt due to a surgery I had. Iwas on hold. 45 mins.then disconnected. Called back. Sitting here nw waiting again with the same message. I have been in the office and they are busy but they are not constantly working with other ps that they cannot pick u the phone line. There is a note that if we don't show up for our appt or cancel within so many hours ahead of time they will charge us. I had not better get a bill.
