If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in looking for a simple part. A man asked what we were looking for and without trying to understand my situation he said it was impossible to fix. He said you’re not going to find a part and it’s not going to happen. So I drove to Ace hardware down the street and immediately found the part I was looking for. Horrible customer service. I have been to this store a few times. Everytime I've been here they are rude, nasty, ornery and just out right Horrible people. This last time, my wife and I stood there for 15 minutes while a man played on his phone, and another man was talking to (From the conversation, I'm assuming his wife) when one finally acknowledged my existence he was rude, in any other outside environment, he would be missing teeth. Great guys! Very helpful!
Nice to have a plumbing store in a smaller town (Ephraim) but each time I have gone in I am treated like I’m wasting their time. Most recent visit was a joke. I wanted to remind them I was a customer there to give them money in exchange for service. I will be going elsewhere for my needs from now on.
What a great establishment. Always very helpful, kind, and professional. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend.
