Very nice. They have more stock of random supplies in the back so ask them where to find things and they'll take you back there. Let me buy individual stuff too (crimp connections) and pex by the foot, woot! variable number of crimp rings. Some things they're cheaper than home depot, some things not. Super nice "thank you and have a great day" type :)
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I’ve been in here many times for a variety of parts/plumbing related issues/questions and they have always been super helpful and got me what I needed.
I purchased a toilet from their online store. Had some initial issue, but the company reached out to me and made it right. There's nothing I appreciate more than when a company stands by the products they sell. Would 100% recommend.
